All UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded delivery service - dispatch and delivery approximately 3-5 working days. All deliveries to European and applicable Rest Of The World countries will be sent via Royal Mails Airmail International Signed For delivery service. European dispatch and delivery approximately 3-5 working days. North America dispatch and delivery approximately 7-10 working days. Rest Of The World 10-14 days. A signature of receipt is required. We will only ship to the credit/debit card billing address
How Much Is Shipping
UK shipping is set at £2.95 per order.
International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order and the country to which your order is to be posted. The costs will be calculated for you prior to checkout.
Returns
Pixie Togs wants all of its customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchased goods. However, should you be dissatified, for whatever reason, please email us so that we can arrange for the item to be returned, and to let us know whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Any return must be authorised within 7 days of delivery and we ask that those goods be kindly returned in its original condition and with its original packaging. Refunds/exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods.
Distance Selling Regulations and Your Right to Cancel
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 working days from the date you contact us or after 7 working days of receipt of the delivery. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent using one of the methods listed on our 'Contact Us' page.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we shall refund you in full as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 30 days from receipt of your cancellation request.
When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable.
